**Job Title**:Housekeeper

**Location**:11 Ethelbert Road, Canterbury Kent CT1 3ND

**Shift Pattern**: Monday - Friday 9am-1pm (7.5 hours per week)

**Pay**:£11.45 per hour

**About the Trust**

Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is a Mental Health Trust and, given the nature this post, may include exposure to distressing information and circumstances**.**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Hoovering
- Toilet cleaning
- Mopping floors daily
- High and low dusting
- Kitchen daily cleaning
- Cleaning cupboard, keeping trolley clean and tidy daily

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Knowledge of COSHH & colour coding equipment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to be on feet for whole shift with some bending & stretching involved
