Front of House Staff - Exemplary Service and Memorable Experiences

We are seeking friendly and dynamic individuals who take pride in delivering the highest levels of customer service to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, offering assistance with seating arrangements and menus while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Provide extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, answering guest inquiries and making recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently, utilising point of sale systems and other technology tools
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and managers to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food and beverages, meeting or exceeding guest expectations
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area, following sanitation and hygiene standards to create a pleasant and safe dining environment
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Work with a positive attitude towards teamwork, collaborating with other Front of House Staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours

Qualifications:

- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality that engages guests and team members alike
- Proficiency in point of sale systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a collaborative environment

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
