An exciting and challenging vacancy has arisen within this boutique, privately-owned estate agency with a small network of offices in central London. Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Tenancy Progressor to join the team in NottingHill.

This role will involve dealing with all the tenancy administration processes, as well as working closely with the lettings team.

The role will include the following:

- Preparing the Tenancy Agreement and sending to all parties for signature
- Sending reference links to tenants and supporting the referencing third party if required
- Booking inventory check-ins
- Booking cleaning and compliance for non-managed properties as required
- Sending compliance forms to the landlords
- Completing AML checks on applicants and landlords with guidance from senior management
- Ensuring valid safety certificates are in place for each tenancy and ordering certificates on behalf of clients were instructed to do so in writing by client
- Preparing the Statement of Account and ensuring it is paid expeditiously to ensure execution of tenancy agreement as soon as all parties have signed
- Registering tenants’ deposits with TDS
- Sending all of the safety certificates to the tenants prior to the commencement of the tenancy
- Ensuring all of the documents are on the file and working with property management as necessary
- Checking and verifying new tenancy files
- Ensuring tenants complete their Right to Rent checks
- Ensuring that keys ready for move in from the appropriate office
- Forwarding inventory reports to both landlord and tenant
- Setting the landlord Fees for tenancy
- Sending Google review requests
- Ensuring all tenancy documents are on the system before the property is passed over to tenancy management
- Maintaining and updating the database as necessary.

Personal specification:

- At least 1 years' experience within a tenancy progression role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Enthusiastic and 'can do’ attitude
- Superb organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.

The salary package for this role will be in the region of £28,000 and £32,000 dependent on your level of experience.
