Bingo Magic Group is the premier bingo club group of Northern Ireland with 7 fantastic clubs offering players the Best in Bingo. We now have a wonderful opportunity for someone to join our club in Lisburn, Top Hat Bingo, as a member of the management team. TopHat Bingo has been in Lisburn since 1992 and we have gone from strength to strength, now resulting in the requirement for a supervisor.

**Duties**:
Working alongside the club manager and assistant manager to:

- Manage the Bingo and Casino team (approx. 8-14 staff)
- Manage and develop strategies to maximise and retain valuable customers
- Manage and develop staff to optimise customer care
- Accurately manage business cash flow
- Attend meetings as required at head office, Lisburn (if manager or assistant manager unavailable)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the club

For this role, you will be contracted for 16+ hours per week, and you will be required to work between the hours of 10am - midnight, Monday to Sunday. You will work closely with the Club manager to work the hours and rotas amongst you.

**Experience required**:

- Must have 1 years’ supervisory experience, preferably in retail however other sectors will be considered
- Customer service experience is essential
- Cash handling experience is essential
- PC literate

**Qualifications**:

- Must have GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) grade A-C
- Able to drive and have access to own vehicle (for the management roles)

Full training will be provided from our senior management team to enable you to fully understand the game of bingo and our gaming arcade environment.

Pay: £11.64 per hour
