Being a Kitchen Manager in Locals is all about delivering an exceptional, unique experience to our customers, with our quality food that complements our local ales and fine wines. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role

We are a busy Proper Local site, with a 50/50 split for food and drink, a strong team and a good local reputation.
We are looking for a driven, Kitchen Manager, with experience in a high paced-high volume food site, to take on the task of running our busy kitchen.
