**[Overview]**

The role is to provide RPA Business development within MSP Transformation Group of IT Innovation team to external clients for RPA business.

**[Purpose of the Job]**

**[Key Responsibilities]**
(1) Support automation team to meet and exceed business targets across multiple business journeys.

(2) Conduct discovery session to fully understand customer’s technical requirements.

(3) Ensuring that company’s solution can deliver on the customer’s requirements and working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions and build a consensus among the stakeholders.

(4) Responsible to develop, maintain, presales and drive POC.

(5) Preparing and maintaining demo environments; proposing the best use cases according to the client’s profile. Developing demo scripts and strategies so that you can ultimately communicate the product value.

(6) Nurture the client relationship and demonstrate product and market expertise.

(7) Preferably, understand “Automation Anywhere”, “Power Automate”, “Brity Works RPA”.

(8) Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet business requirements.

(9) The business has a fast pace environment and that the business changes require someone adaptable and willing to learn new areas.

**[Requirements]**
(1) Degree in Computer Science, management or a related technical field, or equivalent.

(2) Proven track record as a pre-sales engineer or consultant in the IT field.

(3) Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.

(4) Certification of “Automation Anywhere” or “Power Automate” preferred

(5) Excellent customer facing skills with experience of all levels of people in the user community up to and including senior board members.

(6) Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.

**[Conditions]**
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey(free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)

(4) Annual basic salary: up to 60K (depending on experience)

(5) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.

(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
