**Description**:
**Main Purpose**:Primarily responsible for the safe loading of lorries and stockpile

**Key Tasks**:The following reflect the main tasks associated with this position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:

- To comply with all Company Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and policies
- To operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- To perform or assist with preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections, repair and/ or clean equipment as required
- Load lorries and ensure stockpiles are at the correct levels
- To support the housekeeping of plant, equipment and site
- To comprehend and complete paperwork associated with this role in a timely and accurate manner
- To undertake any other duties reasonably requested in support of site operations

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous knowledge and experience of working with plant and equipment in a construction environment
- Ability to operate mobile plant
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs - to include early, late and weekend shifts
- Ability to multi-task

**Desirable Criteria**
- Knowledge and / or experience of sand dredging and processing plant
- Mechanical, hands-on background
