Are you an experienced researcher who is naturally curious about people, discovering what makes them tick, and how different campaigns and features can influence customer, consumer, and restaurant behaviour? **Our story**
We're looking for someone to support the insight team in identifying insight gaps and initiate, design and interpret research projects to provide accurate and timely insights throughout the business.

**All about the role**
Our role in the insight function is to act as internal business consultant to a range of stakeholders, from marketing/brand, through to product and operations. Your role will be challenging and varied and will include supporting our brand, retention & markets pillars and the projects that sit under this. You will support the team in the day to day management of a broad range of continuous and ad hoc projects across all JET markets, and for becoming a key supporting pillar across the marketing function

**As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to**:

- Help manage JETs global brand experience tracking programme across all JET markets. Support the insight leads/managers in managing relationships with our partner agencies, ensuring we're working collaboratively and effectively to deliver exceptional connected insights throughout the organisation
- Be the internal champion of customer experience. Help manage the voice of the customer programme and help JET make the link between brand and experience and the role our products and end to end services have on key metrics
- Be the the point of contact for our retention marketing teams, helping to scale our global activation campaign measurement study, but also supporting our loyalty and subscription teams with insights that help shape future development of the programme
- Manage key relationships with suppliers, full service agencies, and fieldwork only agencies
- Proactively working with the rest of the insight function and global brand team to identify commercially critical insight gaps and research projects
- Support global marketing functions with pre and post test communication analyses
- Produce ad hoc analysis from internal data sources to help answer business questions from stakeholders across the business
- Take joint ownership of the content that goes into our internal insights dashboard - The Hub. Sign off ideas/stories and work with the local teams to build out relevant dashboards

**Can you deliver**
Here's what we're looking for from our Insight Executive expert
- 2+ years of experience working agency side or client side, ideally working on large global continuous tracking programmes
- Evidence of working on large projects involving multiple stakeholders from all parts of a business
- Comfortable crafting questionnaires/writing surveys, analysing data and report writing with clear summaries and recommendations.
- Knowledge of survey data analysis tools (SPSS, Askia) desirable.
- Strong quantitative research acumen, some knowledge of qual desirable
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder networks
- Someone who thrives in a fast paced business and likes to think on their feet
