We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Surveyor from an electrical bias background to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Operations department to maintain cost-effective pricing strategies to ensure profitable project delivery.

This role involves working closely with the sales and operations teams while also overseeing the securing of subcontractors at agreed-upon rates, you’ll be a fit person so you can walk door to door selling LV upgrades from the DNO to customers through our framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- Door to door sales
- Taking pictures
- Filling out data from customers
- A trade in a related field, such as Engineering, Electrician, meter reader, meter installer
- Surveying requirements
- Bill of materials for Electrical and Civil works.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure agreements

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Proficiency in project cost estimation software and tools.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards relevant to projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and cost fluctuations.
- Relevant certifications in cost estimation, project management, or related fields.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies in projects.
