**Position Overview**:
As Construction Planner, you will play a key role in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects at airports and aviation facilities. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and aviation regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive construction plans and schedules for aviation infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, terminals, hangars, and other airport facilities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data, assess site conditions, and identify potential challenges or constraints.
- Utilize industry-leading construction planning software and tools to create detailed project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for construction activities.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications with project teams to review progress, resolve issues, and optimize construction workflows.
- Provide expertise and guidance on construction planning best practices, scheduling methodologies, and compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and present construction progress reports, schedule updates, and variance analyses to project stakeholders and senior management.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
