Pallet Maker

The role will involve the following duties:

- **Pallet Manufacturer**_
- Sorting pallets ready for repair
- Manufacture pallets to a high standard
- Keeping working tools in a safe condition
- Quality checking the finished product
- Manual handling of pallets
- Using hand tools using nail gun
- General warehouse duties in order to maintain smooth and safe operations on-site
- Keep place of work clean, neat and tidy
- Follow all safety standards and operate in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.
- Follow quality control procedures and ensure that all products meet or exceed specified quality standards.
- Report any quality issues to appropriate personnel

- Warehouse experience is essential for this role.
- General manual handling of pallets
- Proficient using various hand tools
- General warehouse duties in order to maintain smooth and safe operations on-site
- Keep place of work clean and tidy
- Confident in manual handling techniques
- Frequent bending and lifting will be required for this role
- Able to stand for longer periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift pallets, physical work
- Weight loads of 30-30kg
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Understand the importance of Health and Fire Safety

- Hours of work: 39 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8a.m to 5p.m.
- Early finish on a Friday - 7a.m to 3p.m.
