**Your Responsibilities**

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your daily schedule may involve:

- Marketing and PR: Following Capax RM’s branding and image
- Sourcing and Networking via Linkedin
- Managing Prescreens & Interviews
- Meeting set and personal KPIs (key performance indicators)

**Our Training Programme**

You’ll receive training for 6-8 weeks where you’ll learn all that is 'recruitment' - the programme will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to be the best that you can be, so if this all sounds unfamiliar then don’t worry Here at Capax RM, you’re allowed to make mistakes, ask questions, and improve

**We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in communicating over the phone
- Target-driven and can follow processes
- Skilled in building interpersonal relationships
- Self-motivated and self-driven

**Salary and Commissions**
- Starting 23k - 25k after training
- Uncapped commissions (5-40%)

**Work Schedule**

Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
