**Cleaning Supervisor**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo (Becket House)

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor from a strong cleaning background and with prior supervisory experience to join our operations team at our head office in Waterloo. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

**Key Activities**:

- Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager
- To lead the Facilities team, ensuring all areas of the building are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Oversee staff performance on a daily basis
- Work with the cleaning and Service Lead to ensure all FM delivery duties are completed as required, including but not limited to the following, cleaning of floors, toilets, furniture and fittings, emptying bins and other receptacles and removal of rubbish across the floors, checking meeting rooms, breakout and kitchen areas, corridors etc.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment used is cleaned and returned to designated storerooms in a safe and tidy manner after use
- Undertake accurate monthly stock takes of cleaning consumables and stationery items and materials required
- Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must have previous cleaning and supervisory experience
- First class customer care skills with proven ability to consistently go the extra mile
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Experience working in reception and helpdesk is desirable
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to deal with people at all levels with confidence and work as part of a team
