**General Duties and Responsibilities**
- Implement and review the School's brand guidelines and key selling messages.
- Posting regular, on-brand and engaging content to the school’s website and social media channels.
- Organise the creation of new marketing collateral.
- Create photographic and audio-visual content for use on social media and the school website and social media channels.
- Manage marketing and other events in collaboration with the admissions team, and support with other school showcase events such as Speech Day.
- Attend school trips to capture content.
- Generate a positive and proactive whole-school marketing culture amongst all staff Build a strong working relationship with parents and enlist their support with the school’s marketing activity.
- Undertake market and competitor research and analysis.
- Implement any planned advertising.
- Proactively identify and react to opportunities to raise the school’s profile within the local market, including building relationships with partner organisations locally and promoting the school at local events and clubs.
- Oversee the School’s communication, ensuring high standards are maintained in all internal and external communications.
- Manage the School's website and social media channels, implementing a plan to deliver the school’s key selling messages and showcase all that the school and nursery have to offer.
- Prepare newsletters and support the creation of handbooks and related communications including the school prospectus.
- Be the super user for HubSpot and other digital marketing tools.
- Own and drive a Lewes Old Grammar School alumni (old pupils) network
- Any other duties as required by the Head, Bursar and Admissions Team.

**Qualifications Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of running social media accounts.
- Prior experience of using HubSpot or other CRM platforms desirable.
- Prior experience of using Canva or other graphic design tools.

The school does not have a licence to sponsor migrants under the worker or temporary worker routes. Individuals who wish to work at the school will therefore need to hold or establish immigration status that allows them to work in the UK. The school is legally required to check that all successful job applicants hold the right to work in the UK before work can commence.
