Are you an experienced Receptionist looking to work for a fabulous company in Barnsley?

As front of house you’ll represent the company answering the telephone and meeting and greeting clients face to face so a professional, friendly manner is essential

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for;
- Answering the switchboard telephone system in a professional manner and transferring calls to your colleagues to taking accurate messages and passing on promptly
- Meeting and greet visitors to the office and offering refreshments
- Ensure reception area is tidy
- Order stationary for the office keeping an eye on stock levels
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post including a trip to the post office when required
- Responsible for tea/coffee/sugar/lunch for visitors by shopping at local supermarket when required (during work time)
- Assist with general administration to support other teams

Experience and Skills
- You’ll have an excellent telephone manner having worked as a receptionist previously
- You’ll have a flexible, friendly manner willing to help out your colleagues with administration
- You’ll take pride in your work and enjoy meeting people
- You’ll be a team player
