Our Repairs team at One Manchester plays a huge part in helping us to improve the lives of the people in our communities, so it’s really important that you understand how you fit into the bigger picture and you’ll get to see the difference you make every day knowing that your work is really valued by customers and colleagues alike.

You’ll carry out the operational duties of an all round multi-skilled Plumber, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester's owned and managed properties and for external clients.

We’re looking for someone to carry out work with an ethos of ‘Right First Time’ always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality workmanship and high standards of performance. You’ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so you’ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You’ll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently.

You’ll be highly skilled in your area - a real expert Plumber appropriately qualified and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimum supervision.
