**About the store**

The store sits in a prominent position on the main pedestrianised high street in Cardiff, the largest city in Wales. A bustling shopping area home to major high street retailers such as Marks and Spencer and Primark.

The store boasts 11 optical test rooms and 1 dedicated audiology room. A team of 75 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home. You would be joining James Deavall, Retail Director who has 16 years’ experience and Claire Corcoran, Optometry Director who has over 20 years’ experience in the business. Both partners are really looking forward to gaining a CLO Partner to help them drive the business forward so that it flourishes for many years to come.

The store is located in the heart of the vibrant university city of Cardiff. With excellent transport links; there’s a mainline railway station within walking distance of the store and access to the M4 motorway nearby, it’s not uncommon for people to travel from far and wide to visit us. There’s something here for everyone: from shops, bars and restaurants to museums and parks for families to enjoy.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified CLO with the drive, passion and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new CLO Partner, you’ll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
