We are seeking an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills to support our busy service department.

General duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage administration aspects of a busy service department
- Be a first point of contact for our service clients
- Processing all incoming assignments onto our software in real time
- Manage emergency service calls and plan in regular maintenance visits
- Supplier procurement
- Preparation of quotations
- Creating service invoices daily
- Data management of customer asset lists, records and Agreements
- Ensuring company records are maintained to a high standard and meet industry compliance (F-Gas records etc)
- Providing additional general office support
- A pro-active _“can do”_ attitude
- Customer service experience with the confidence to build and foster client and supplier relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- 5 years’ experience in office administration
- Excellent Microsoft 365 knowledge

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
