Eastlight Community Homes is actively seeking **two experienced Fencers** with a background **in Groundworks and Fencing to join our Home Solutions team**.

These roles are crucial for upholding our high standards of home maintenance and repair, ensuring our residents live in welcoming, safe, and affordable homes.

Your duties will involve a **variety of repair tasks, primarily focusing on fencing work and installations, while ensuring all activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.**

**Key Duties**:

- Perform a range of home repair tasks, primarily concentrating on fencing.
- Assess each property for safety issues and report accordingly.
- Adhere to the highest industry standards and safety regulations.
- Develop professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Regularly update customers on work progress and expected timelines.
- Generate reports on domestic installations and conduct risk assessments.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in maintenance and repair in residential settings.
- Skilled in fencing works, repairs, and groundworks.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- A valid UK Driving Licence and reliable means of transport.
- Flexibility to work in Marks Tey and the surrounding areas.

- £29,229 annual base salary
- Permanent Full-time contract
