**Business Management Analyst**

Role: Business Management Analyst

Salary - 31K p/a - perm role

Location - Bracknell - hybrid (in the office 2 days a week)

Reporting Line Manager: COO Business Manager

**Job purpose** We are looking for a Business Management Analyst to join a fast paced and exciting team. The Analyst's role is to support the COO Business Manager and fellow business management colleagues in managing and controlling the 'people' and 'financial' processesfor the COO community. This will involve responsibility for an internally led COO procurement process, working in conjunction with the Group Procurement team, analysing / reporting on expenditure and assisting with onboarding process.

This role will suit individuals with a keen interest in new technologies, this role will provide direct experience of how technology can transform business operations and create innovative wealth management services.

**Key Responsibilities** COO Procurement
- Lead the COO department procurement process
- In conjunction with contract owners, e nsure agreements are renewed in a timely and cost-efficient way
- Liaise with Group Procurement to ensure contracts meet strategic expectations and targets, as well as ensuring appropriate due diligence is carried out
- Ensuring all documentation in relation to contracts are signed and filed securely
- Liaising with 3rdparty suppliers, maintaining a good client relationship
- Raising purchase orders on the company system (NetSuite)
- Perform license audits to ensure all licenses are in use and still required
- Purchase and install licences, whilst tracking costs and licence usage
- Regular use of Microsoft VLSC, SharePoint, JIRA, Nuance, Adobe Cloud, LANDesk and Office 365 portals Resourcing
- Liaising with external consultant companies in relation to resourcing. Ensuring resources are in scope, budget and obtaining signature from our COO on Statement of Work documentation and filing securely once countersigned
- Raising new joiner and leaver documentation
- Liaising with InfoSec team to ensure new joiner mandatory training is conducted
- Tracking end dates and actioning accordingly Finance
- Assist in preparation of annual budget
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure all invoices are paid on time
- Track department expenditure and adhering to budget and reporting any necessary variances
- Prepare and submit COO overtime report Other
- Report necessary issues to the facilities team
- Be a point of contact to COO colleagues for internal information
- Maintain internal Intranet site
- Proactively keep documents and online process workflows up to date

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Intermediate knowledge of most MS and Adobe packages
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Project, Visio, Sharepoint, JIRA and Nuance
- Knowledge of budgeting, expenditure, finance, raising purchase orders and procurement processes
- High standard of confidentiality
