This varied role will involve working one day a week as a General Adviser and one day a week as a Debt Caseworker on our Winchester City Council Money Advice Project - an initiative that supports WCC housing tenants to maximise their income and manage their debts in order to successfully sustain their tenancies. You must have experience of delivering advice services, have excellent communication skills and be confident using IT.
