This role is ideally suited to a person who is passionate about improving quality of care, has a person centred approach and generally loves supporting residents to reach their full potential.

Even the most experienced Care Assistants will have an opportunity to expand and improve their skill sets in many areas.

We are seeking Care Assistant's to join our team here Longmead Court. We are a 52 bedded home supporting older people living with Dementia and physical conditions.

You will be providing support to the residents who live at Longmead Court to meet their individual needs. This will include Personal Care, support at meal time with meals and a range of activities to improve quality of life for those we are entrusted to care for.

You will be working alongside a dedicated and professional team who really put the people we care for at the heart of what we do. If you feel you have the passion we are seeking we would love you to join our Longmead family.

All overtime is paid at an extra £1.00 per hour.
