Due to continued growth and success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, client focused BD Manager to join this leading financial consultancy firm based in central London.

The firm are well established and have a strong reputation for excellent in the markets they operate in. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, and this newly created hire is key to their ambitious future growth plans.

The firm work largely with clients in the Private Equity space, providing specialist advice and expertise. They have an impressive portfolio of clients, which continues to grow and this is largely down to the superb quality of their people, and the levelof care they give their clients.

The firm has a diverse, collaborative and friendly culture and has a brilliant track record of developing and progressing their people. They offer an excellent bonus scheme, which everyone is eligible for, and this approach promotes a real cohesiveness inthe way the teams work together to achieve results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key for this role, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience of working with client contacts at C-Suite level is essential, coupled with the ability to rapidly gaininsight into new businesses and industries and quickly understand the issues these businesses are facing and be able to provide effective solutions.
