Kitchen Porter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, supporting the kitchen staff in food preparation and ensuring a smooth workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans following established procedures.
- Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately.
- Keep kitchen floors, workstations, and equipment clean.
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of basic food safety guidelines is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.70-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
