Do you want to be a part of one of the biggest Motorcycle brands in the world? Are you passionate about Bikes and delivering excellent customer service? Then we have the job for you At Vertu Honda Bikes Grantham, we are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

We are offering a basic salary of £26,500 with an OTE of up to £29,000.

Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking motorcycles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their motorcycle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a customer facing role. It is essential that the successful applicant has worked in the Motor Trade, preferably within the Motorcycle industry. Kerridge experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
