Senior SPA Receptionist

**Job Purpose**
The H Spa at Horwood House Hotel is the perfect place for relaxation and de-stressing and right now we are looking for a Senior Spa Therapist to oversee HSpa activities and appointments and to assist the HSpa Manager with the operation of the spa. Ensuring the spa is kept clean and well maintained, organised and running smoothly.
**Key responsibilities**
**1.** To have in depth knowledge of HSpa Operating Times and Procedures.
**2.** To have in depth knowledge of booking systems and scheduling in order to manage the spa diary.
**4.** To answer a variety of questions from guests and handle routine problems.
**5.** Carry out other clerical tasks.
**6.** To attend relevant meetings as and when required to ensure excellent communication throughout the department.
**7.** To be familiar with all activities and facilities within the hotel.
**8.** Dealing with customer feedback in the correct manner, taking customer feedback from therapists, Leisure & Spa assistants recording and advising the HSpa Manager accordingly.
**9.** To ensure the HSpa, lounge areas and surrounding areas are always kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness.
**10.**To clean and clear all HSpa areas where needed and assist with service and refreshments when required to do so.
**11.**To ensure accurate accounting and end of day procedures are carried out, with all transactions balanced and any discrepancies reported to the Finance team.
**12.**Ensure that bookings are kept to time.
**13.**To report to work on time using the correct clocking procedure, dressed in clean uniform and with good personal hygiene.
**14.**To ensure all equipment is in safe working order, maintained and serviced to the required standard and that it is stored correctly, safely and securely.
**15.**To be aware of budgeted targets for treatment and product sales.
**16.**To maintain overall client satisfaction.
**17.**To assist in the control of all stock within the department.
**18.**To complete all training assigned to you, either Face to Face or Online.
**19.**To be fully conversant with the hotel fire evacuation policy, attending regular training sessions.
**20.** Report all accidents (to guests or staff) to the HSpa or Duty Manager so that they can be recorded in accordance with the law and company procedure.
**21.** To maintain a high standard of conduct whilst on duty and carry out duties with professionalism and due manners.
**22.**To assist that the HSpa environment is welcoming to both staff and customers alike and to ensure that departmental co-operation is encouraged.
Pay: £29,500.00-£30,500.00 per year
