You’ll be working alongside the UK’s fastest growing and most unique fashion brands. Playing a vital role in SilkFred’s ecosystem, you’ll help to ensure that the fit, finish and overall quality of each garment meets a high standard, paying close attention to detail. Day-to-day, you’ll provide technical support to the team and our brilliant brand partners, enabling them to offer the best possible products to our customers.

**Requirements**:
Your skill set & experience
- Strong understanding of pattern-cutting, grading and garment assembly
- Excellent attention to detail and some quality control experience
- Experience in running fit sessions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Used to creating and managing critical paths, as well as making workbooks
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Familiar with basic data analysis strategies and able to take corrective actions
- Good communication skills
- Experienced in liaising with brands and suppliers in the UK and abroad
- Significant experience in a Garment Technologist role with woven and jersey womenswear knowledge

In this role, you will
- Attend fit meetings with the team and lead them when necessary
- Assess the fit and quality of garments
- Create workbooks and file reports
- Undertake relevant administrative duties
- Investigate returns data and provide analysis
- Send fit and quality feedback to brands and suppliers
- Find effective ways to reduce returns rates
- Monitor the delivered quality of garments
- Support brands in improving fit, finish and quality
- Manage the weekly sampling of garments
