**X4 TRAINEE MACHINE OPERATOR's -** Production / Manufacturing

Our client based in Yatton is looking for an individual who is looking to develop their career and knowledge through a hands-on practical role with the opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills.

No previous experience is necessary but good timekeeping and willingness to learn will be essential. _**Full training will be provided**_

- **Main Duties involve**:_
- Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Set and adjust machine controls including start-up and shut-down processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products, identifying and addressing defects or issues promptly.
- To maintain a general level of tidiness in work areas and ensure punctual timekeeping in accordance with contracted hours.
- **To be considered for the Trainee position, you will need the following**:_
- Able to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude to safety and quality
- Looking to learn attitude.
- Punctual and reliable
- Full training in all aspects of steelwork processes will be given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.47-£12.62 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Work Location: In person
