**ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:Supporting and mentoring individuals within ROC College

**HOURS **37.5 hours

**SALARY**:£23,242.00 per annum term time only

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- To guide Learning Mentors within their roles of lesson delivery.
- To plan and deliver personalised learning to students between the ages of 16 and 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This will mainly be on a 1-1 basis, but on occasion, may include, teaching small groups.
- To collaborate effectively with their curriculum lead, providing on going feedback of students’ progress.
- Overseeandcarryouteducationprogrammesin linewithROC college’sethosofhigh expectations.
- To be responsible for the effective administration of record keeping on Databridge for your cohort of individual students.
