- If so, we're excited to welcome a Learning and Talent Administrator aboard to join our team. Join us in supporting the Training Teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of personnel assessments, training, and staff development programs.

As a Learning and Talent Administrator, you'll play a vital role in facilitating training programs and maintaining accurate training records.
- In this role, you'll provide essential administration support for our Training Teams, coordinating resource provision and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. From administering training programs to maintaining training records, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of our learning initiatives.
- As a Learning and Talent Administrator, you'll collaborate with various teams across the organization, including HR, Apprenticeship Programs, and Employee Relations. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in managing data accurately and resolving issues promptly.

**Key responsibilities**:

- This is a varied and challenging role, but here is a taste of what your day-to-day activities could include:

- Providing administration support for the Training Teams.
- Coordinating resource provision and timetabling for training requests.
- Maintaining and updating training records and certifications.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to book resources and manage payments.
- Producing reports and providing data as required.
