Trainee Receptionist

With our organisation growing, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Trainee receptionist.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an individual who can work in the following shift schedule:

- Monday
- day off
- Tuesday
- Friday: 1.30 pm
- 8 pm
- Saturday
- 9am-4pm
- Sunday
- 9 am
- 4 pm

Please note: These working hours (37 hours per week at specified days and times) are not flexible and only individuals who can commit to these hours will be hired.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting customers and allowing them entry/exit from the reception
- Taking phone calls and organising free trial sessions
- Downloading and printing educational files
- Managing and logging lessons onto our tutoring software
- Communicating effectively with students, clients and tutors
- Advertising for the company and increasing/maintaining our client base
- Ensuring that the tuition centre is a clean and safe teaching environment
- Working effectively with other staff members and delegating tasks as necessary
- have a friendly, approachable personality
- be punctual and organised
- excellent communication skills
- able to start as soon as possible
