**The Role**
FBU Solutions are looking for a proactive and motivated Amazon PPC executive to join our team. As a Successful PPC Manager, you will manage the online marketing activity of multiple brands, creating and implementing marketing strategies and optimising the client’s business goals and KPIs.
**Your responsibilities**
- Bid Management and understanding key metrics such as sessions, conversions, CTR.
- Creating Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Performing Keyword Research and Competitor Research using Helium10 and Brand Analytics tools.
- Staying on top of the latest changes happening within the Amazon ecosystem, Updates, new features etc.
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of strategy and performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) and make decisions based on gathered data.
- Balance workload efficiently, assign tasks/accounts to appropriate teammates.
- End-to-end PPC management on different Amazon accounts - from onboarding, campaign strategy and management, keyword and competitor research, optimisation and reporting.
- Implement and manage PPC budgets across all Marketplaces.
- Ability to analyse data and provide quantitative and action plans using our software and tools.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with both internal team and clients.
- Providing client management through reports and monthly calls, listing audits, and inventory monitoring.
- Support account managers by proactively monitoring ad performance and looking for optimisation opportunities.
- Mentoring, managing and training PPC managers as needed.
- Helping drive new strategies and test new features within Amazon
- Create and present PPC audits and strategies to existing and new clients.
- Recommend other FBU and PPC services needed for the account, as required.
**Summary of role**
As a PPC Manager you will be helping to manage the day-to-day running of our client accounts. You will have the benefit of working in our offices, closely with the Director, to who you will report to daily.
You will be expected to immerse yourself in our client’s business, sector, and other areas that impact their account's effectiveness.
While the role is principally focused on managing existing accounts with the guidance of the Director and other PPC Managers, there will also be opportunities to get involved in new business development. As a growing company, you will play a key role in developing other PPC Managers by ensuring they get relevant training, exposure and support.

**Required Skills and experience**
- 2 years minimum experience managing Amazon PPC.
- Experience handling PPC A-Z, not just being part of a team and doing part of the running of an account.
- Analytically minded with the ability to translate data into performance-boosting action.
- Experience using Helium 10 and other similar tools.
- Understanding of Brand Analytics.
- Microsoft Excel efficient.
- Understanding a listing, CVR metrics and the factors that help listings convert.
- Self-motivated and can demonstrate the ability to work as a team player.
- Experience in an agency is preferred.
- Enjoy being part of a performance-driven team.

**Salary**
