Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to customers or team members

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a vocational or technical program in automotive technology is preferred
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and practices in an automotive repair environment
