**Job Title**: Assessor/IQA (Internal Quality Assurer)

**Location**: United Kingdom

**Salary**: Commission from Sales Per Portfolio (No fixed salary)

**Contract**: Self-Employed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment Execution**: Conduct thorough assessments of learner knowledge and competencies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform internal quality assurance of assessments conducted by other assessors, ensuring high standards are met.
- **Documentation Management**: Accurately complete all documentation related to the assessment process within required timescales.
- **Learner Support**: Provide expert advice and guidance to learners on assessment methods, processes, and techniques.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employers, learners, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful qualification delivery.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Vocational Qualification**: Hold a relevant vocational qualification in any of the listed qualifications.
- **Assessment Qualifications**: Possess an Assessor and IQA qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice).
- **Experience**: Demonstrable experience in assessing and IQA of any of the listed qualifications.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Team and Independent Work**: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
- **Technical Competence**: Proficiency in using iCQ (iLearner platform) is highly desirable.

**Compensation**:

- **Commission-Based**: Compensation is based on a commission from sales per portfolio.
- **Performance-Based Payment**: You will be compensated at the end of each course, according to the progress and completion rates of the students you assess.
