**The Essence of the Role**

Ensure the successful implementation of the social media and digital communications strategy, improving communication with members.

**The Scope of the role**
- Work with the Head of Communications to create and deliver engaging content across all social media platforms
- Develop effective social media social media programmes to increase engagement and reach to a range of audiences
- Assist with the planning and production of podcasts and webinars
- Assisting with regular reporting using analytics to understand trends and optimise and improve content, delivering digital activity
- Manage a campaign calendar and create content to increase audience participation

**Prerequisites**
- Proven work experience as a social media coordinator
- Experience of creating engaging and optimised content across multiple channels
- Ability to capture and edit short videos
- Passionate about increasing followers across different social media sites such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook
