Job Title: Salesforce System Administrator

About the role

At BSI we are looking for a permanent Salesforce System Administrator to become an integral part of our team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in Salesforce administration, playing a crucial role in our CRM transformation efforts and enhancing the effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, roles, profiles, and permission sets.- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and managing fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules.- Assist in data management activities, including data imports, exports, and maintenance of data integrity and quality.- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training on Salesforce functionality and features.- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging APIs and other integration tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities within Salesforce.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator are required- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce-focused role.- Strong proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud with a good understanding of their capabilities and functionalities.- Previous experience in enterprise org management, including user and security management, data model customization and basic reporting.- Familiarity with Lightning Experience and the ability to navigate and perform basic customizations.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
