Dental Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental surgery
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Get relevant paperwork signed and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a dental surgery is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records
