**Title: Associate Principle UX Strategist

The role:
We’re looking for an experience strategist to join the Consulting team of our London based Client. We expect your core
expertise to be in designing experiences (UX or UI) while working with cross-functional teams to solve
complex user and business problems.
and other aspects of customer experience.
You are also business savvy to quickly understand different businesses. It’s a bonus if you understand
technologies and how to include them in the overall process.
You should have:
extensive experience in one of the following: strategy, user research, user experience, interaction,
or visual design
Confidence in challenging stakeholders to build a best-in-class experience
Planned and moderated design thinking workshops
Ability to conduct, analyze, and draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data
Proven record of measuring and enhancing customer delight through your designs
Applied UX methods for defining user journeys, information hierarchies, and task-flows
Authored UX artefacts like wireframes, visual designs, style-guides and prototypes
Comfortable in at least one design tool such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma
Ability to articulate your teams’ designs to senior level leadership
Helpful skills:
Service design
Expertise across multiple industries
