**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Lifting and carrying of lamb carcases will be required.

Progression will include some butchery saw training.

Follow and be aware of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures, training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to date with all the current SOPs.

Maintain the fast-paced environment in line with production needs.

Work with the manager and team to achieve the department targets.

Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
