Do you have a passion for renewable energy? Geo Green Power has over 12 years of experience installing commercial and domestic solar PV and low-carbon heat pump systems and we’re looking for an experienced roofer / solar PV installer to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join this increasingly important sector and join our growing business to help take the lead and develop our expanding roofing team.

This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in renewable energy and build on their experience installing and leading large commercial systems.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Planning and laying out solar PV panel installation
- Leading a team of installers to carry out roof-top or ground mount solar PV installations
- Taking the lead on domestic tile roof projects to ensure a quality finish through leading installations and training new members
- Applicant must have good communication and social skills and be happy to work in and lead an installation team
- Applicant should be aware that the workplace is not fixed and a driving license is essential (company vehicle provided)

- CSCS Skilled Worker
- MEWP
- IPAF

**Key requirements (qualifications and skills)**

This job role is open to a fully qualified and experienced roofer or an experienced solar PV installer
- Driving licence (Essential)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience of installing Solar PV systems - desirable
- IPAF or working at heights equivalent (advantageous)
- Health & Safety or First Aid qualifications (advantageous)
