Browology Salon Supervisor, Crouch End

This position is focused on offering support and supervision to our entire team, currently based across two sites in North London (your base will be Crouch End but you may be asked to travel between sites from time to time). To be considered for this supervisors role you will need to have prior experience in people and salon management. As well as a beauty therapy qualification, minimum level 3.

We are looking for someone thats highly motivate to achieve company goals and targets, customer focussed, professional and experienced in lash and brow services with a can-do attitude.

Your time will be split between team and salon management, front of house and hands-on treatments. We're looking for a full time team member, 40 hour week across 5 days including weekends.

You must have:

- **A beauty therapy qualification Level 3 minimum.**
**- A strong understanding and passion for lash and brow services.**
**- Be able to lead by example. Willing to mentor/train new and existing staff in our signature treatments by maintaining treatment standards & continuity.**
**- Excellent people management & development skills**
**- An understanding of digital/online booking systems (We use the Timely system)**

- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive can-do attitude
- A hardworking, positive, solution-focused approach
