**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of Customer Service Advisors.
- Achieving service and efficiency targets metrics.
- Tracking performance daily.
- Monitoring call flows, both outbound and inbound, to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Monitoring administration supporting both customers and brokers.
- Delivering feedback, coaching and 1-2-1’s with staff.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of regulatory practice and rules.
- Liaise with Quality Monitoring and Compliance departments as needed.
- Support our colleagues on telephony as required for business need.

- Proven experience in managing a team and delivering results
- Able to inspire a team to achieve KPI’s

- Willing to assist Uinsure’s Head of Customer with any tasks as required.
- Able to work within a framework of compliance, FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
- Able to influence and guide performance improvements.
- Able to provide relevant feedback to colleagues.
- Able to liaise with key stakeholders across the business.

Desirable Criteria
- Awareness of FCA principles
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience in an FCA regulated role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000 per year

Additional pay:
