**(Warehouse Operative) - Position Overview**
- Repacking and relabelling items
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipping and espatch maing regular checks to ensure all orders are picked correctly
- Daily loading and unloading containers, trucks and vans. Transport stock from different parts of the warehouse.
- Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, including checking for shortages or damaged stock.
- General warehouse maintenance tasks such as sweeping floors and tidying workspaces, maintaining a clean safe working environment.
- Resilient to changing and conflicting demands
- General labouring duties and manual handling

**(Warehouse Operative) - Position Requirements**
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Good numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently and excellent at building working relationships
- Able to use your own initiative to solve problems
- Be a resilient person
- Good at working under pressure
- Good with stock checking and stock movements
- A practical and pro-active approach to work
- Computer literate and ability to lean general computer and system skills
- Previous experience in a Warehouse environment
- Need to have good physical health

**(Warehouse Operative) - Position Remuneration**
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- 7am - 4pm | 1 hour break can be taken throughout the day in sections
- Salary - £22k - £23k
- 21 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays (increasing by 1 day for each year of service)
