**About the Role**

We are really pleased to announce we have a vacancy within our Financial Control Team for a Finance Coordinator. Financial Control is a critical team in Solutions Finance and arguably the one which has the most impact on our Client’s operations and reporting, so problem solving and accuracy is of paramount importance to us. The Team is responsible for making sure Client’s Management Information reporting is timely and accurate, whether that’s treasury reporting to make sure we have sufficient funds to allow customer withdrawals, bank reconciliations to make sure our Client’s bank accounts are being managed effectively, or product performance reporting to help shape our Client’s strategic planning.

We’re the first port of call for our Clients when they have MI or reporting queries, so you will be need to have a good customer focus. This role is a great first step into finance or a development path for those already working in an operations or customer service area.

**About You**

All of our teams in Solutions Finance work closely together so a successful applicant needs to be a real team player. However, there is plenty of opportunity to show what you can do on your own; the best applicants need to be able to work independently and take a logical approach to solving problems. The more you know about using Microsoft Excel the better, as it forms a key part of the day to day. A background knowledge of banking, and principles of financial control are desirable but are in no way essential.

It should go without saying that having a commitment to ensuring good outcomes for end customers is a given.
