**EQUANS is looking for a Technical Compliance Coordinator to join our team based at Pinderfields Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.**

Reporting directly to the Technical Compliance Manager with responsibility for technical compliance administration duties on a day-to-day basis, you will assist the management team in completing compliance and technical audits, assist in the development and subsequently take operational control of the P&P ‘Technical Documentation’ system to create a clear and auditable database of Estates documentation. You will also control the suite of technical reports. Supporting in the submissions of scheduled and ad hoc reporting to both internal and to external stakeholders. This is a key and critical role within a small team responsible for maintaining the operational and commercial/Industrial delivery criteria to the Customer in an acute healthcare facility

**What will you deliver?**
- Act as direct contact to Sub-contract partners in order to ensure service reports, Safety Documentation (RAMS), and associated documentation is obtained in a timely manner and distributed to relevant parties within the Technical Services team
- Support central SHEQ processes around COSHH, First Aid, Safety Inductions, Tool Box Talks etc
- Safely operate all systems and associated equipment as required in line with current legislation and Equans policies
- Maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives, sub-contractors and Equans employees
- Support the Admin and Workflow teams as and when required
- Work in a manner, which ensures that the required aspects of the service agreement between Equans and the customer are delivered with the requisite levels of professionalism
- Complete any relevant paperwork or tasks in line with compliance administration
- Ensure all record keeping functions are completed as required
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety
- Carry out other administration tasks that may be required in delivery of the contract
- Attend any meetings as required by the contract or management team.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong Administration skills is desirable
- Excellent Customer skills
- Takes initiative and works with mínimal direct supervision
- Good experience with Microsoft Office systems, word, excel
- Knowledge of Maximo (CAFM systems) advantageous
- Health & Safety in The Workplace.

This role includes a Standard DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
