Digital Copywriter

**Position**: Digital/UX Copywriter

**Employment type**: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

**Hours**: 35 per week (Mon-Fri)

**Location**: HYBRID - must be based within commutable distance of Wimbledon, to work 2/3 days per week in our newly refurbished Head Office

We’re looking for a Digital/UX Copywriter to develop compelling communications within our creative team. You’ll be working closely with UX/UI designers, developers and the wider business to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Create engaging, consistent and compliant digital content in collaboration with creative team and UX/UI designers

Edit, format and publish content on our CMS platforms

Communicate and work with teams across the business (Data analytics, Accounts, Marketing, Legal, etc)

Be a brand guardian to ensure the work represents our business, our customers and our clients

Using data and content design best practices, seek to improve our digital ecosystem and customer journey through regular testing

Show creative and strategic thinking

Assist in communicating and presenting to both internal teams and clients

**Skills and experience**:
Outstanding written communication skills

Proven experience of writing for digital products (inclusive, clear and accessible)

Innovative approach to problem solving

Proactive, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Knowledge of CMS

Knowledge of HTML/CSS

Knowledge of Adobe CS Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop)

Knowledge of Agile/PM processes and software (Jira)
