**Fleet Administrator**

Excel resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced **Fleet Administrator** to work in Doncaster Depot to start **As Soon As Possible**

You would be responsible for the general administration of the Fleet Department, ensure the regulatory compliance of a fleet vehicle transports.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager and Fleet Team Leader.

Must have **Fleet Administrator Experience**

**Responsibilities**:

- Arranging vehicles services
- Filing the relevant documentation
- Maintenance of the fleet computer database.
- Despatch and collation of legal documents
- Distribution of fuel cards
- Ordering of bulk fuel for depots
- Entry of repair invoices to database
- Rising purchase order numbers
- General administration: filing and any other reasonable duties required.

**The Person**:

- A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C, including English and Maths
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience in administration role
- Knowledge of road traffic and transport compliance regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work as a part of team.
- A confidence with answering telephone enquiries.

This is ongoing role working Monday to Friday

Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 - Hours can be flexible.

Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour.
