About Us: Escape Reading is a cutting-edge entertainment venue that combines the thrill of escape rooms with the enchantment of live action experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering captivating narratives and mind-bending challenges to our customers. As a Games Master, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering these extraordinary adventures. Role and Responsibilities: Guide and engage participants through the escape room adventures, providing hints and ensuring a dynamic and enjoyable experience. Monitor game progress and maintain the integrity of each experience, adjusting the difficulty level as needed to ensure an appropriate level of challenge. Collaborate with the creative team to develop intricate puzzles, clues, and interactive elements that align with the overall theme of each adventure. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and memorable experience for participants. Troubleshoot technical or operational issues that may arise during game play. Contribute ideas for new escape room concepts and improvements to existing ones.

Qualifications: Strong passion for storytelling, games, puzzles, and immersive experiences. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to unexpected situations. Previous experience in escape rooms, event entertainment, theater, or related fields is a plus.

Availability: To work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
