This is a marketing agency that works with big household brands to produce effective CRM campaigns
**THE ROLE**
As the CRM Planner your focus will be providing support into the development and ongoing orchestration of CRM strategies for clients and more specifically;
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client's strategic goals and deliver effective comms plans across various projects
- Producing and presenting briefing documents to the highest standard with a clear strategic approach
- Create compelling strategic narratives displaying creativity and using data and insight at the core of the strategy
- Own and maintain excellent client-agency relationships with stakeholders
**YOUR SKILLS**
- Experience working on a data-led strategy in CRM for B2C brands
- Demonstrate a working understanding of Brand & Performance Marketing theories and data-driven CRM's role there within
- Agency experience is preferred but client-side experience is also relevant
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Analytical mindset
- Strong presentation skills
