Junior Cdm Advisor

Our client, a health and safety organisation based in **Whitchurch, Shropshire** are looking for a **Junior CDM Advisor** to join their team. They require health and safety professionals who can provide CDM advice on a wide range of major residential and commercial projects to achieve compliance with CDM 2015.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include;
- Assisting with the successful management of CDM projects, to ensure projects are compliant;
- Attending project and design meetings, raising issues highlighted by project and drawing review;
- Preparation of detailed documents, inc. Pre-Construction Information pack’s, Risk Assessment reviews, Construction Phase Plan reviews, Health & Safety Files etc. to an appropriate standard suitable for issue to the project team;
- Undertaking monitoring site visits and inspections to determine H&S compliance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A general knowledge of CDM2015 regulations and associated legislation;
- An understanding of the general principles of prevention and risk reduction in the design process:

- NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate with post qualification experience;
- Construction industry experience;
- Registered Member of Association of Project Safety (IMaPS or CMaPS) desirable;
- Valid UK driving licence;
- Good standard of IT skills, inc. MS Office Suite are required.

This is a **full-time permanent **position offering a starting salary of between **£30,000 - £35,000**, dependent on experience and qualifications + car/travel expenses and benefits including enhanced holiday & pension, professional membership payments, flexible working & hybrid working and free onsite parking.
